2. What sizes of meeting rooms are available?
The Workup offers four meeting room sizes in our downtown Edmonton location: rooms for 6, 12, 20, and 40 people. Whether you need an intimate boardroom for a client pitch or a larger conference room for a team workshop, we have a space that fits.
3. What equipment and amenities are included with every meeting room rental?
Every meeting room comes with a large-screen TV (55" to 75"), direct-connect cables for stress-free presentations, a whiteboard, high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water. No hidden fees — everything you need for a productive meeting is included.
4. How much does it cost to rent a meeting room at The Workup?
Half-day rates (up to 4 hours) range from \$149 for a room of 6 to \$449 for a room of 40. Full-day rates (up to 8 hours) range from \$295 to \$795. All packages include complimentary coffee, tea, water, and Wi-Fi.
5. Is catering available for meeting room bookings?
Yes. Ayco Cafe is located on the main floor of our building and offers catering for meetings. You can reach out to them directly by phone, email, or in person to arrange your order. You're also welcome to cater in from any outside vendor — there's no added cost to bring food into your meeting room.
6. Where is The Workup located and is there parking nearby?
The Workup is located on the 10th floor at 10055-106 Street NW in downtown Edmonton, steps from the LRT. There's plenty of parking in the area ranging from \$10 to \$24 per day. You can also break out into our coworking lounge during lunch for a change of scenery.
7. Can I book a meeting room by the hour at The Workup?
Currently we offer half-day (up to 4 hours) and full-day (up to 8 hours) meeting room packages. If you need a shorter booking, contact us at 780.809.5000 to discuss flexible options. You can also use our coworking space for informal meetings at a lower rate.
8. What is the cancellation policy for meeting room bookings?
We require a \$50 non-refundable deposit via credit card to reserve your meeting room. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, contact us at 780.809.5000 or

Yes. The Workup offers professional conference rooms and boardrooms in downtown Edmonton, ranging from intimate 6-person boardrooms to large 40-person conference rooms. Every room includes a large-screen TV, direct-connect cables, whiteboard, high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Half-day and full-day packages are available.
